Doing things a better way, treating people with more kindness and less judgementalism, spending more time with good friends, seeing the "glass half full" and realizing the many good things in life. Northern California coast near Westport CA. Water action particularly strong this day. I got as close to the edge as what felt safe. Right when I got here (but before having camera set up) a monster wave hit. I was hoping for another but none quite like that happened again which may have been good considering where I stood for this shot.

Northern California coast near Westport CA. Growing up in the Southern California desert I actually did not see the ocean until I was 16. I was in awe of it then and am still in awe of it now. Such beauty and power exists there. I really have no words when I am standing here at these times knowing the millions of years these waters have been beating this coast, carving this rock to make this scene. And yet here I am, a little blip in time and I feel so privileged that during my short little moment here on the earth I get to see this in person. Live your life to it's fullest.
